Was reading about this earlier today. Emwazi walked out of a building, got in his car which was already in the crosshairs, and the car was eliminated.

The same report said that senior ISIL leadership had shunned the guy, because everywhere he went was getting blown up.

However, the death of Emwazi would be a "significant blow" to IS, even though he had not been an "operational or major figure" for IS.

The trick is to not kill a muslin until after he kills at least one christian. It will take longer to complete the program but will be a more permanent solution.
