Forget Syria. The most dangerous religious extremists are migrants from North and South Carolina.

Another terrorist attack. Another grim tally of the dead and wounded. Another killer full of hate, from a land that breeds such men. Like millions of migrants before him, the perpetrator crossed the border unchallenged. And like others, he struck our country without warning.
Long list of terrorists from the Carolinas...

From your article.
Nobody stopped him at the state border. The boundary between North and South Carolina, like the boundary between Syria and Iraq, is a joke.
Nobody would've stopped him at any state border.
I hope this article is tongue in cheek, because it's pretty fucking ridiculous.

What is ridiculous about it? Religious extremism is rampant in the Carolinas, and have produced a large number of religious terrorists. You would think you would want to crack down on the infestation of extremism in your own backyard.

I blame Bush and a weak Sunbelt schedule.
Seal the state lines - God knows nothing ever happens in Cali, NY, Connecticut, Boston, Texas, Arizona, MO, IL, MI, OKC - shall I go on?
This is one of your lesser troll posts, dback.

So it's okay to lower yourself to the Political fear mongering, as long as it fits your views. There are a lot of good people from the Carolina's. This guy would have flipped eventually, no matter where he was from.

I drive from Seattle to Portland all the time
and let me tell you Portland imports a sh!tload of Hipster Douche' nozzles
we absolutely need to tighten down the state-to-state borders
I'm pretty sure its legal to shoot Hipsters right now... I can't find a law against it

Funny Story:
My girlfriend and I were walking back from lunch the other day in Redmond
Redmond is a Geek / Nerd town - very quiet - poorly dressed people walking around
So we're walking back and a pack of "dudes" walked by us
and she started laughing pretty hard and says to me "What the hell was that"
and I says: "Honey, that was a pack of Hipsters"
and she says, and I'm not kidding...
"Where do they come from..?"
We both stop and look at each other and say in unison "Portland"

True story

Rampant? I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but rampant? That's a stretch. But, you live here so I guess you would know.
And 3 or 4 guys in the span of 20+ years is a rampant problem.
What's rampant around here is meth. Black men killing Hispanic men because they 1) are illegal 2) carry large sums of cash and 3) nobody is going to report them missing, hurt, etc....

I'm guessing the author must have been being "tongue in cheek" because otherwise he's being pretty absurd.

And it's jumping the gun to say that was a terrorist attack. Somehow people have gotten into this thing of thinking that a mass killing or attempted mass killing is automatically "terrorism" It's not.
If this guy had some reasonable expectation that he would get away so that other people would have to worry about him or some reasonable expectation that some group he belonged to would present the worry it was terrorism. But I really, really doubt that either of those things is the case.

So plain old mass murder is higher on the moral totem pole than "terrorism"?

Yup... Mass murder is no big deal
But having an abortion is the LOWEST form of moral debauchery
This is the logic being used
