Hillary Clinton went down to Dixie this week and tried to pull off a faux Southern accent. Sweet Lord Almighty, folks – it was pitiful.

Miss Hill’ry was drawling and dropping “g’s” all over the stage during a speech to Democrats in South Carolina – the Palmetto State.

Well apparently it works for her since she gets the lion's share of the black vote

ironically, 50 years from now, feigning a mammy accent will be viewed like blackface is today if things keep going the way they're going

I'm surprised she didn't say "have a blessed day" at the end of that (with blessed being one syllable). One thing I've learned working with negros is that that phrase is golden. I'll throw it in when I'm walking away from a group of black women and they are putty in my hands after that.
