Key word: willfully

Ignorance of the law doesn't spare you.

It'll spare her.
I've seen different arguments on that in this case. Partisan of course. Stuff like Mark Levin arguing she violated the law and Media Matters arguing she didn't. I guess it depends on the law. Sometimes the law requires that you willfully do something before its a violation.

We'll see. In any case it looks like if she does get in trouble the timing will be such that the Democrats will have time to adjust. And Trump is so unpopular with the general electorate that chances should be good to stick somebody in and beat him.

Trump is an asshole but he's not been groomed and programmed on some mkultra tip to DO & SAY what the establishment wants him to," she began and added, "Trump just wants the U.S to be lavish ... for all of us. I can f— with that."

When a fan responded with "Trump is blatantly racist," she defended his viewpoint and also copped to be a "racist" herself.

"So am I ! .... lol. Racism/Racialism is sewn into the fabric of our nation. It's just who the f— we are," she started, followed by, "Trying to be all PC and pretending as if we aren't racial/racist is not good for culture. Censorship is boring" and "Censorship is trash. Television and Movies are even boring now because of it. No one can say anything anymore."

So why is the singer not pledging a vote to Hillary Clinton? "Hillary has been GROOMED for the presidency. She's another one of the establishments robots here to carry out an agenda," Banks tweeted. "Hillary talks to black people as if we're children or pets. i can't stand herrrrrrr."

Anderson Cooper on Trump
Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz ... we would put out a lot of requests all the time," Cooper said. "It's not that all we want to do is put Donald Trump on ... Look, Jeb Bush -- I never talked to him until we did a town hall and that was the first and last time. It was right before he left the race."

The CNN anchor says Trump's style of gamely parrying with interviewers has worked for him, burnishing his image as someone who stands apart from conventional politics.

"Donald Trump is fascinating because he actually does answer questions. You can quibble with how he answered the question, what his base of knowledge is," he said. "There are all of those things, but he does answer. And the first time I saw him talk after he announced, I remember being impressed and saying, 'He does not sound like any other politician.' And I get that appeal.

Holy crap, DSU...you might have to go check Azealia out...she sounds like a strong minded, independent thinker we can all respect.

Too bad too many other Black people, similar to too many White folks, are being led around by invisible chains.

Wow, dback is talking as though he knows something about the world economy.

How have our experts done so far? :suspicious:

Everything going as planned?

NOTHING would happen if we did something drastic. As the other article says, Nixon dropped the gold standard...the world did not collapse. The world went to the dollar...the world did not collapse.

Now, there are some very elite folks that like the current rigged system...and want to keep it that way. And, or course, they have the fear mongering dbacks of the world parroting the need to keep the system going just as it is.

Oh sure. But what do you think you would've gotten in a poll like that about who was leading in the SOUTH in May of 2012? May of 2008? May of 2004? May of 2000? Continue back.

When is the last time you think you would've seen a poll taken 6 months before a Presidential election where the Democrat candidate was leading at ALL in the South much less leading by 8 percentage points?

Yes it's true you can't count your chickens before they hatch. But that's indicative of Clinton being in an awfully strong starting position. Better to be in a strong starting position than a weak one.

Ok. Now we have the "print money" thing. Can we now all agree that Trump doesn't know what the hell he's doing and there's no way anybody should be supporting him to be President of the United States?

I mean, why not just elect Pee Wee Herman? That might even be less dangerous.

You have gone full blown retarded.

Tell me...what idea Clinton has regarding our debt? :suspicious:

Oh wait, she doesn't have a clue. :thumb:

So, we'll wait for her to gather her peeps around her, and then dole out her special interests, and THEN set some sort of policy based upon what her wealthy contributors think will gain them the most money in the long run.

Seriously, John , you've lost it.

Trump is willing to give ideas off the cuff. Hillary is not. If elected, Trump's ideas will be vetted by the people he appoints as his cabinet. OR, maybe he will appoint even MORE highly paid tsars than Obama. Either way, once Trump and his administration settle on a policy, he can bring it before Congress and the Supreme Court. If everything passes, then we will have a policy. If not, no harm, no foul.

Cripes, you are hanging on Trump's every word and taking it for...wait for it...gospel. You are like a school girl in heat.

BTW, you are now in bed with dback. Think about that (not too hard...don't want anyone to get too excited). The policies you've railed about on here will be forever entrenched in America...all because you and your Republican whack jobs have lost your mind.

What's going on now is because people who voted for Trump lost their minds. There was a chance to defeat those policies. But when people voted for a mentally ill narcissist buffoon as the standard bearer they squandered it.

Seriously...just take a break. Cluck is owning you here. Go read my kick ass thread on Trump and debt which nobody (except a brave few) has touched. Then get back to us. I'd enjoy a spirited debate on that subject, with less whining please.

I love how both the left and right are up in arms about Trump simply being honest about how we spend money in this country.

We can spend trillions of dollars yearly on social programs, defense, pork, and write off 50 percent of it all to waste, mismanagement and fraud. We DO print more money, and when someone talks about putt putt stop on the debt ceiling there's a nationwide freakout OMFG.

When someone answers the question "how are we goi to pay for that?" I much prefer at least an honest answer rather than some smirky, bloviating politician's answer about defaults or how it is dumb to think we can't pay, o my favorite- how since we spend soooo much on unrelated A, we should be able to handle spending on B.

We're so stupid we can't even spell hipocracy.

Speaking of obsessions, your low self-esteem obsession with Hilary is noted (similar to a schoolgirl crush on the village bad boy who tosses you the occasional crumb of a compliment). You're too dumb to figure out you're being duped.

In a new Quinnipiac University poll released today, the Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton and the presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump are neck and neck in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida.

In Florida and in Pennsylvania, Clinton is at 43 percent while Trump is 42 percent, according to the poll.

Among Ohio voters, Trump gets 41 percent and Clinton gets 39 percent.

In Pennsylvania, however, in a matchup between Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and Trump, Sanders beats Trump 47 to 41 percent.
