How do four judges not understand that just because congress doesn't act, doesn't mean that the president can write new laws. Politically I support more of what the president did than not support it. Regardless, how do you read the constitution and say the president can change the law

Hopefully the affirmative action decision is a wake up call to the GOP factions not behind Trump. If Hillary wins she'll appoint 2 or 3 justices during her term heavily slanting the court In an ultra-liberal direction.
