He's set to announce his pick tomorrow morning. Who do you think?

I've said all along that Newt Gingrich would be a good pick. I'm going to stay with that one.

Considering how hated both presidential candidates are, and how crazy people are today, the person running for VP needs some serious bona fides and would be a good President in the unfortunate event that something happens to Clinton or Trump.

The Vp is usually the attack dog. I think Newt is well thought out and can address ALL the Hillary scandals in a sane calm voice.

Newt probably helps him the most, as far as debating and fighting off the attacks will go.

Pence could help in the rust belt though, where this election will be won.

Pence has the least baggage. Newt is probably the most intelligent, and Christie is a decent debater. I'll go with Pence to balance out Trump's insanity.

Trump/Gingrich would be the first 6-wife ticket in US history.

I think it would also be the first VP candidate with middle name "Leroy".

I still think he needs a chick.

That said, I think that if Trump picks Christie it is because Christie agreed to allow Trump to cut off his balls and call him "Reek".

Not to mention the public humiliation of having to follow the Donald around two steps behind, shuffling and tugging his forelock. The Donald owes it to Christie after humiliating him like that in public repeatedly, and Christie does do a pretty good obsequious bootlicker. It will be Gingrich.

Gingrich, while an intelligent man and not without his own baggage, would do very well. He knows government, he's respected, he was a damn good Speaker of the House and he's an old-school throwback.

Christie would be a better AG and Pence, he'll stay home.
