That's a pretty sad, sorry list of convention speakers. Of course Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are obligated to talk because they're the party leaders in congress, though they're probably hoping to find some good excuse to get out of it. Giuliani is probably going to give us some blather about how New York City tuff Trump is also September 11th. Rick Perry will tell us how Donald Two Corinthians Trump loves Jee-zus. Chris Christie's speech could be worth watching, I guess. I might see what that Benghazi mom says as well.

Honestly, if that is the biggest criticism anyone has from last night, then Trump will be alright.

Someone on FB this morning said "well she's dumb but at least she's pretty" while another said "she needs to work on her grammar." I wanted to say "she speaks Slovenian, French, German, Serbian, AND English. I think I can forgive a little difficulty from time to time. How many languages do you speak?"

FTR, I didn't watch any of the convention nor will I watch the Donkeys in a few weeks. Conventions are about as realistic as visiting Disney.

People are mean. Melania and Michelle have done nothing to deserve the criticisms they receive. Especially the body shaming...and especially from some of the people here.

About the only criticism I'd offer to this otherwise delightful event would be about the parade of nobodies. You'd think a big shot like Trump could at least afford to pay a couple of A-listers to show up and hang around.

The highlight of course was the Trump people body slamming the delegates attempt at having a roll call vote to unbind them from Trump, culminating in the Colorado delegation walking out.

Haven't and won't watch any of the RNC...or the DNC for that matter...but I am getting plenty of updates about it from my liberal FB friends. Trump is living rent free in their heads and it's very entertaining.
