This article pretty much breaks down the data from several studies that debunk it. Most of the studies that do show bias just use the logic of "black men are more likely to be killed by police, therefore racism".
Honestly, I don't care a whole lot that they aren't standing for the anthem. I think it's kind of disrespectful, but nothing that's going to cause my to want to boycott the NFL. My problem is the enabling of toxic identity politics and oppression narratives that blame racism and ignore the real cause of the problem.
