Trump attorneys now arguing you can't investigate a sitting President...

...so basically no prosecutor can investigate the President 'cause that circumvents the Constitutional provision for impeachment by Congress...and Congress can't investigate the President 'cause the entire executive branch has immunity from Congressional subpoenas.

Basically what we have here is an argument for a monarchy, and not some Constitutional Monarch either. This is a King unbound by accountability and subject only to review by voters every four years...elections which are gerrymandered to sh*t at best, and at worst have invited foreign powers to impose their will upon.

This illusion of democracy is what allows dictatorships to thrive, and you people who pretend to love liberty and democracy not only continue to let it happen, but cheer on as it does.

Soooo....

IF Trump leaned on a foreign leader to reopen an investigation in order to affect our election and it can be substantiated, he'll be impeached

But the response will be, why wasn't the former VP impeached over using his influence to have the investigation squashed in the first place?

Scratch what I said about wanting a normal President again before I die...

I don't care if he or she is normal... they can be crazy as a shithouse rat.. I just want one with some integrity

That still appears to be Amash or Yang

Trump could (in his own words) shoot somebody and wouldn't be impeached...
This idea that if he did this or that "he'll be impeached" is ridiculous

He ain't going anywhere no matter what he's done...

That's if you think everything Trump says is true. Let's be honest, if he went out and shot someone in the street, there's no salvo of tweets that would save him from impeachment. The VP is still a member of the same party, so for something as obvious and egregious as that, impeachment would be swift and overwhelming. No point getting yourself carried away with ridiculous scenarios, the real world is crazy enough.

There is no font for sarcasm...
My obvious point that flew right over your head is simple
This latest "infraction" is nowhere near enough to get him impeached

Well, we don't even know what the infraction really is yet, so how are we to jump to your conclusion that we have all new impeachment standards?

Well lets see...
Was it admitting to molesting 18 yr old pageant contestants in your own Beauty contest ?
Was it lying in every single public address ?
Was it paying a prostitute hush money ?
Was it openly accepting campaign money from Ukrainian oligarchs ?
Was it The Trump Foundation openly violating NY State tax laws during a campaign run ?

There's more - stop me when I get to something that is impeachable

It would be very hard to impeach Trump. Partially because of all the false alarms they Dems have set. Neck pants Nadler has gone down so many rabbit holes he has no credibility left.

It's either alarming what you don't know... or you're pretending for some reason
The Ukrainian oligarchs uniformly back Putin
The richest of the bunch Rinat Akhmetov (worth over $10 billion) is a Putin puppet
