Nah, most of NATO, the Europeans, barely tolerate the Turks in the first place - too brown for European sentiments. Europe could barely be moved to do anything in Kosovo, and that was right smack dab in the middle of Europe. I doubt they feel any need to help out Turkey. Besides, Turkey seems to be doing pretty well on their own - they actually invest in and care about their military readiness.
