Population is already a problem and will continue to get worse. In the US, the groups doing the most "breeding" appear to be evangelicals and immigrants. How will liberals go after breeding without offending immigrants?
Breeding and overpopulation is a much bigger problem in third world countries. How can that problem be solved with humanity and respect for sovereignty?
It will be solved with a healthy lack of both of those things
Who do you think will come out on top in that scenario?
I doubt it will be the “everybody gets a trophy” first world
