Clinton Strategist: "Shoot that son of a bitch!"

Whoa! Stay classy Bob!
This could just be Assange grandstanding a bit, but still...
I used to like Bob Beckel back when he was on the Pat Buchannon radio show.
The hacking group WikiLeaks has cancelled a highly anticipated announcement set for Tuesday due to "security concerns."
The announcement was set to be made from the balcony of the Ecuadorian embassy in London. Speculation of what it was about centered on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange's promise of a document dump that would be damaging to Hillary Clinton.
"Security concerns"? In the middle of London? Assange may be deliberately stoking anticipation about the announcement. Or, he may fear for his life.
Assange and his supporters have long claimed that his personal safety is at risk due to the danger he (supposedly) represents to Clinton’s presidential ambitions. In August, liberal commentator Bob Beckel suggested in a TV appearance that Assange be murdered, proclaiming that someone should “shoot the son of a bitch!”

Clinton could flatten puppies with a steamroller right now and the libs would still elect her.

You know it wouldn't shake JSO's faith in her. Not one single bit!

Clinton herself: "Can't we just drone this guy?"

I don't have a major problem with her frustration here. She wants to protect any US secrets that he may have and also protect herself. The problem I have is her thinking that only one person has possession of the information. This shows that she is unfit for POTUS. What say you, JSO?

Is any of this surprising? Just a few weeks ago there was an incident that appeared to be an assassination attempt at the Peruvian embassy in London.
There is a very good reason "Arkancide" is a word.

Hey, you don't see me jet-skiing behind your boat while you are trolling for JSOs, do you?

I don't troll for JSO's. I go spring creek combat style, with a belly crawl to position and then cast a size 18 blue winged olive emerger on 6x tippet.

Link?
If Hillary did say this, then why isn't this national (and international) news? It would completely (listen carefully, JSO) make her out to be a liar because she said Trump was inciting violence while she was the peacemaker.
Seriously, a Secretary of State, and now Presidential candidate, said, "Can't we just drone this guy?"
Why isn't that ll over the news?

Because liberals are cool with murdering their enemies but get highly offended when somebody calls a fat woman Ms. Piggy.
Priorities.

No. People with brains would still elect her because they'd realize how insane it would be to elect Trump.

Actually, I thought that we should take Assange out years before the current weird election situation put me into a situation of having to hope Clinton wins. I have no issue with US government officials wanting to take him out and in fact wish they would have many years ago. He's a threat to our national security and he's a criminal. You need to think about what this guy is doing. People like him are the scum of the earth. I'm talking about internet hackers stealing people's information and such. If it were up to me we'd be taking people like that out every time we identified them. They are the lowest of the low. The world would be a much better place if we eliminated everybody who endeavors to steal other people's information through the internet. And you all know that's true.
I'd be saying that even if we had an acceptable Republican running for office right now.

Likes the idea of limited government and constitutionally protected due process except when he doesn't.
Do you have any remaining principles?

I believe in due process for people in the United States who have violated criminal law. I do not believe in due process for external enemies. Assange is an external enemy. If you have somebody outside of the United States doing the kinds of things Assange does I consider it perfectly legitimate to take them out.
To me it's equivalent to if you have some terrorist setting off bombs. What he does is every bit as damaging if not moreso. The United States would be totally justified in eliminating him. And I'd be saying that regardless of what's going on in the current electoral cycle.

Like I said...you have no principles. If you believe in due process shouldn't that transcend citizenship? And it takes a belief and trust in a massive and far reaching government to support "taking out" an country's citizen while violating the sovereignty of a third country in the act of doing so.
You seriously need to start thinking these things through better. Your lack of reason and consistency of thought is getting worse and worse.

Way to go, kalm.
JSO hides behind the idea that, "they" are automatically worse than any self-identified, "us."
YOU are sub-human because YOU are not US, so YOU do not deserve any human rights or any respect from the law (because WE write the laws that favor only US).
JSO would make a great Nazi.

No shit. It always pains me to agree with Klammy, but he's spot on on this one. For a self-professed libertarian who wants smaller government, JSO sure is quick to allow them to make hugely "grey" decisions in the name of national security. Wouldn't a far more prudent approach (I'm talking to YOU, JSO) be to not put our country in a position to have to BE embarrassed by something a guy like Assange might find on the Internet?
