The Kurdish leader is the guy leading the Kurds we are directly helping in Syria. We're supplying them with arms and providing air cover for their operations, but the Turks, creeping ever closer to a conservative Muslin government, are attacking, and killing, our allies, and now want our head guy arrested (essentially a death sentence).

Only thing not touched on is the oil pipeline the Saudi's want to built from Qatar to Turkey which would directly compete with Syria's Russian backed pipeline...which is why we are even fucking with Syria in the first place.

I had a Turkish roommate in college one year. Good guy, but he only changed his sheets once all year (Eid, I think). Had to go past his room to get to mine. Gagged.

I hope we don't have any turkey issues tomorrow.
