REPORT : Ted Cruz Being Strongly Considered for Supreme Court

Texas Senator Ted Cruz is set to be nominated for a position on the Supreme Court by President-elect Donald J. Trump if current trends hold, a source close to the process tells GotNews.

The source told GotNews that “a deal” is being cut which would see Cruz nominated to the Supreme Court on the condition that a pro-Trump Republican could be found to replace Ted Cruz in the Senate.

That would be he worst appointment. Cruz shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the Supreme Court.

Yup, the greatest thing about Trump is that he did stop easily the worst candidate in either party from winning the nomination when he beat Cruz in the primaries. We all owe a debt of gratitude to Trump for saving us from President-Elect Cruz. With that said, I would even protest on the streets if Trump tried to nominate him for SCOTUS. Cruz should never be in any position that gives him a lifetime term of office in our government.

Cruz wouldn't get confirmed...but considering how epic Trump has been trolling everyone (especially the leftists), this would be a brilliant way of getting the donks into confirming a legit SC nominee the conks actually want.

If Trump does nominate him, Cruz is just a sacrificial lamb. Congress will Bork him, then Trump and congress have some ammo to say you cant stop all my appointees you already took out Cruz. Plus Trump looks like he tried to help out Cruz and smooths things over in the GOP.
