I heard a Trillion dollar infrastructure bill is coming. That in combination with Governor Hogans $500M infrastructure bill will make it a very happy 2018! At least to those of us in the civil engineering field!

But if you must know, increased revenues from the tax cuts, and then cuts/elimination of entitlement programs, and then payroll tax increases....

2) a tax cut

Military and infrastructure spending are two of the very few things government should be spending money on. Look it up! It's right there in the constitution!

The Constitution does mention postal roads... Article I, section 8, clause 7
