What's even worse about this story is the lack of any research at all on the utility that was "hacked". It's a relatively small municipal utility that serves Burlington, VT. The way the headline reads you would think it was a major utility. I work for a small utility and if our systems were hacked you couldn't even use us to take down the electric grid because we are so insignificant in the overall grid. The Burlington utility is about half our size.

WaPo, having a tizzy over "Fake Nooze TM" while being a purveyor of it.
