There is no Palousecentric cuisine...other than perhaps small town burger stops (some of which are quite good with extra crispy fries, clam strips, and the old school thin patties and American cheese steamed on under a pan lid) and tavern gizzards.

The first calf fry I went to was at Priest Lake...Idaho.

They make pasties in the midwest.

Low country boil is a bland, boring version of a Northwest clam bake.

Oh...and we do have this shit which is honestly a really great strong cheddar and expensive as fuck.
