Judge Sullivan had set a deadline of 3 pm Friday which Mueller met. He included a cover letter warning the judge not to “minimize” the seriousness of the charges against Flynn. Missing from the documents was the original and crucial FBI 302 report. FBI rules require that a 302 report be prepared within five days of an interview. Instead, Fox News reports that the 302 submitted to Judge Sullivan was dated July 19, 2017 and “specifically came from an interview with Strzok in which the Flynn encounter was discussed — and not the original Flynn interview.” Worse still, this report was heavily redacted. One and a half pages were completely redacted

Amazing! The original 302 wasn't completed on time due to the heading having the word "draft" on it. Oh yeah, and Andrew McCabes approval on how it was crafted.

What were his greater crimes?

Here's a hint: you don't plead to lying to Federal investigators as a lesser crime. It was the lying that was used as the leverage. That's highly irregular for the FBI to allow someone to plead to lying. If they had greater crimes then those would have been the leverage, with a recommendation for light sentencing.

They had him for lying.

So what were those greater crimes?

More importantly - what did he give the special prosecutors? Something about Trump? Trump and Russia (oh my)?
Or maybe something unrelated to Trump or Trump-Russia (oh my)?

Come on, they also knew that they were skating on thin ice with Flynn in terms of how they went after him. Having him go away quietly would be nice for the investigation because it was not a shining moment for the them. Better for him to get a slap on the wrist and disappear from the news so as not to cast shade on the other, more important parts of the investigation.

Nothing yet to show collusion. Nothing
