Lefty clickbait site but I actually enjoyed this interview.

There's a little bit for everybody in here- and Chomsky actually talks some damn sense in some parts (like TPP..... I had a good laugh at colleagues a few weeks ago moaning about Trump ending TPP because Hillary would have ended too and they wouldn't have said crap)

He's also right about Russia

But the real thrust of the article was how he suggests that Trump could scapegoat his failures, and then the author goes full blown and reiterates where he suggests that the administration could even manufacture an attack

It just goes to show that there's no shortage of crazy in this country, even among our liberal, intellectual betters

I'll look forward to reading this. If you get a chance check out Bill Mahers interview of the humorless Yale professor from last week's show. I think you'll get a kick out of it...

Also worth pointing out that Chomsky has fully distanced himself from the idea of America being comparable to Germany in the 1930s and says he doesn't think there's really been anything like Trump before.

He's pretty out there to the left but he's not a predictable pullstring doll of liberal phrases.

I false flag operation would have been more believable right after the election when Trump was trusted and had high approvability numbers.
