Maybe I'm splitting hairs but while I agree that she wasn't lying about having (a tiny bit of) Native American ancestry I don't think she has enough genetically or culturally to honestly claim it on applications so IMO she did lie. That's my opinion and I'm not Native American so my opinion doesn't really matter.

Trump called her a liar, she took the bait and did a DNA test, pissed off the Cherokee Nation and lots of intersectional assholes she needs to vote for her, and then sunk her chances.

And Trump viewed her as one of his biggest political threats in an election. It ain’t 3D chess, but it sure did wind up in the same place... if she didn’t take that DNA test she’d still be viable

I rarely take offense at anything, but growing up in Montana I had a good amount of interaction with Native Americans and Warren bugs me.

The point being everyone I grew up with knew you didn't pull this shit AND had to prove you were in a tribe. She should be held to a higher standard when it got to the higher level positions in her life.
