CNN International (CNNi) staged a backdrop of persons — presumably Muslims, including women in hijabs — during a Sunday news segment in London regarding the previous evening’s mass murder Islamic terrorist attack in the U.K. capital.
CNNi likely sought to hype a narrative of widespread Muslim opposition to the Islamic State (ISIS) and Islamic terrorism, more broadly.

The problem you have is that there is nothing about what the woman said during the piece that is self evidently inaccurate. All she said is here are some people holding signs. You and I don't know that those people didn't express interest in doing that. It could very well legitimately be some Muslims who wanted to be on TV showing those signs.
It wasn't arranging Muslims as a backdrop. It was featuring Muslims.
This thing where you Trump people keep trying to divert attention from Trump being an atrocity by trying to discredit the News Media is very sad.

Fake news is fake news. It wasn't just CNN there filming. The police let several people through a barricade so the media could take pictures of their signs. Multiple media outlets were getting pictures/film.
