Aliea Brown, a registered sex offender, has pleaded guilty to a felony rape charge involving a girl who was 15 years old at the time.

Brown entered a plea deal after previously pleading not guilty.

Brown was allegedly involved in an illegal sexual relationship with the teenager. Brown pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse without consent for statutory rape.

The age of consent in Montana is 16.

Brown identifies as a woman but is still legally a man. She is registered as a male at the Gallatin County Detention Center, where she has been held since the end of November.

That pretty much illustrates the absurdity of the situation we're in. The person is not a "she." Yet the media account accomodates by refering to the person as such.

A man wishing he was a woman doesn't make him a woman. A woman wishing she was a man doesn't make her a man. But for some reason we have reached the point where we are going to humor that kind of nonsense.

I'm not saying we shouldn't let them pretend to be what they're not if they want. But when you get to the point where we in general refer to males as "she" and females as "he" because those individuals want to pretend they're something they're not something is just not right.

There's no real confusion about what this individual is in terms of biology. The individual is a male. And if he has his penis lopped off in order to pretend to be a female he'll be a male who had his penis lopped off. He won't be a "she."
