Either shitty aim, wrong caliber, or lack of mental fortitude. Didn't read the story, but I really hate when people undertake a project and fail to plan or adapt.

First gun jammed, a friend of his rushed him, and was shot in the head with the second gun. A janitor eventually took the shooter down. The kid who rushed the shooter died about a month after his father was killed in an accident. He died in the arms of a teacher who was trying to apply pressure to the head wound.

Sad shit.

Oh, I'm not saying it's not sad. Any plan that poorly put together is sad.

Well, you know how it is.
No media coverage of inner-city carnage: "Da Media don't care about communities of cullah!"
Media coverage of inner-city carnage: "Da media tryin' ta paint communities of cullah as being dangerous!"

The thing that struck me is the report that one student tried to "engage" him and got killed. I'm pretty sure that trying to "engage" the shooter was a courageous act; whatever the details are. Young and foolish maybe. But courageous.

Kids think they're bulletproof.

Kalm provided the details. Do you ever actually read threads?
