Apparently looking at birds and maintaining a Bird Sanctuary just wasn’t exciting enough for Bissonnette
According to a Eureka police report provided Friday to the Post-Dispatch, Eureka Officer Matthew Gough saw Bissonnette standing next to a black Dodge Durango parked in the Walgreens lot.
"I exited my patrol car and asked Bissonnette to step away from the vehicle," wrote Officer Matthew Gough. "As he turned toward me, I observed the zipper of his pants to be unzipped and his genitalia to be exposed

Did I miss the part where the bird complained?
If your twig and berries are exposed but there's nobody there to see them, are they really exposed?

Look at all the Crowing and Parroting from you guys.
In Missouri, you have to give the Bald Eagle some air every once in a while.
It's normal here. You just have to refrain from exposing the Anas. The Flamingos get frisky.
