Conyers is a symptom, not the disease
Congress is rotten and these arbitration regulations are going to bring this whole thing down now that people know about it.

I'm trying to figure out how he could call a woman to his office, she shows up, and he's in his underwear wasn't perceived by her as sexual harassment.

Sloan said she didn't think she was sexually harassed by Conyers, which she reiterated Wednesday night in an interview on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront" with Poppy Harlow, but The Washington Post reported that she described the congressman's behavior as inappropriate. To the newspaper, and again to CNN, she recalled one instance where he had called her to his office when he was in his underwear.

Conyers is an easy out though. His seat will likely never be held by a Republican.
In fact, I suspect whoever replaces him will be the opposite of an improvement.
