I like to think I've got non-Obama-homer cred, but I think that might be going a bit far. Some guy in Tunisia lit himself on fire and within a few months half the Arab world was burning. I think Obama and Hilldawg could've done a lot better, but I can't blame them completely when everyone was blind-sided by that.

And it didn't help that he was nearing reelection and we were just getting out of Iraq and hardly anyone other than some neocons wanted to get involved in Libya or Egypt of Syria.

I don't think Trump is focused or interested enough to expand upon what we already have. The number will be equal to or less than what we have today, assuming any of them end. Twitter wars don't count.
