Another good reason for 2-years of compulsory military service.

Men would be stronger (as would women), more disciplined, more ready to defend their families and country after they got out, and most importantly to me, have a common experience that they could share with all of their fellow Americans, regardless of their socioeconomic status or place of birth.

You’d probably have less mall ninjas (or Tackleberries as CID prefers), because everyone will have fondled real assault weapons and the fascination would be satisfied.

There should be some sort of alternative for the guys like Alpo - Peace Corps, school crossing guard, something they can handle

That is acceptable as well. The Civilian Conservation Corps laid down a lot of infrastructure, especially in National Parks, that is still in use today. It’d be the perfect place for a lot of these skinny jeaned millennial faggots I see working the espresso machine with holes in their ears and bones through noses. If they got a taste of real work and what it’s like to be a man, they might turn out OK yet.

I agree. There should be a 2 year compulsory civil service with a variety of options including a CCC. Most 18 year old boys aren't ready for college yet anyway. Hell many of them aren't ready until they're in their late 20's if ever. This could also jump start a career in the trades including training if they're not the academic type.

Honestly - if we can tie in years of service to college tuition to make it "free", we might be better off. There's nothing wrong with an educated population which has spent a few years serving its country in some manner.

These younger millennial's seem to very pathetic. There's a cast difference between them and those like me that are 34/35 yrs old.
