London’s murder rate exceeded New York City’s for the month of February according to The Times of London...
London overtook New York in murders for the first time in modern history in February as the capital endured a dramatic surge in knife crime.
Fifteen people were murdered in the capital, against 14 in New York. Both cities have almost exactly the same population.
London murders for March are also likely to exceed or equal New York’s. By late last night there had been 22 killings in the capital, according to the Metropolitan police, against 21 in the US city.

You know the game...
I'm liberal because of a few key deal breakers
otherwise I just pick and choose the stuff I agree with and the stuff I don't

I laughed when I saw a report on "Stop and Frisk" in Mid town Manhattan
The only people who were pissed off about it were the drug dealers
everybody else loved it... The city changed dramatically in a very short window of time
The local cops know who the drug dealers are
and the drug dealers had to move elsewhere - like New Jersey
One crack dealer said (Hilariously)
"The same cop frisked me and took my bags three different time and didn't arrest me... he just took my drugs.." Then the guys says "I had to leave town..."

I'd agree with you in principle, but Terry vs. Ohio is still the law of the land, whether one agrees that it is Constitutional or not.
I think many people come to the conclusion it is bad precedent because of the nickname "stop and frisk", which implies that it is completely arbitrary and random, when in reality there's an articulable suspicious activity component to Terry.

Not all knives, just the assault-style pointy ones.
