Despite all the other world leaders making it to ceremonies in France marking the end of WWI, Trump decided to stay in his hotel room (official excuse, couldn't fly, but other leaders drove).

Now, he is skipping ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery because of rain.

Appalling disrespect for Veterans by Trump - but that is par for the course for Trump, who has denigrated veterans multiple times.

It is in the past. Who cares. Fuck the French.

How come we never get those updates anymore about the Deficit and the Golfing..?

The hypocrisy of the GOP (and their lackeys) is staggering. Trump takes what Obama was critiqued for, does it a million times worse, and the sheeple on the right pull every excuse out of the book to defend him.

If Obama had skipped these ceremonies, the blare from the right would be overwhelming. Now, crickets.

I don’t start many threads about it but jeezus there’s a quorum of us who complain about it continually regardless of who’s in office

Maybe I’m quiet now because I really don’t have an audience. NOBODY cares, even the hypocrite who started this thread

I also never complained about Obama’s golfing except for the time I watched him schlep his way down number 18 at Andrews AFB #2 and then refuse to come up and have a beer with me when he finished the hole

I think there should be a pay per view Obama vs. Trump one on one basketball game. I'd bet they'd make a lot of money off it.

I'd also like to see a G.W. Bush vs. Trump bicycle race.
