When speaking of immigration and migration in Europe: “The whole American system was designed so that you would eliminate the threat from a strong, authoritarian king or other leader and maybe people are just tired of it,” Clinton said. “They don’t want that much responsibility and freedom. They want to be told what to do and where to go and how to live … and only given one version of reality.”
Yeah, that’s why Trump was elected you dumb bitch. Because we’re tired of our freedom. We just want to be told what to do and how to live.
She’s gone full retard.

I can’t wait for King TDS to explain how she’s correct.

I honestly can’t believe that she came THAT close to being president of this country. With THAT attitude. Truly frightening.

Google it. It was in an interview with the Guardian in London.

I've noticed Hillary always refers to anything she doesn't agree with as "being a threat to our Democracy."

Yes. I read both the Guardian article and CNN and Fox articles. I’m fully aware of what she was arguing for and It’s not out of context. If she truly believes THAT is what Americans want and she truly believes THAT is why the right wing populists (her words) are gaining traction in America and elsewhere, she’s out of touch by a landslide. She STILL can’t figure out how she lost in 2016. Two full years later and she’s still clueless.

It's kind of a different subject but I think there is something to that statement. The majority of Americans support things like laws requiring that you wear a seat belt, have a personal flotation device on a boat, etc. They support laws designed to discourage people from smoking cigarettes. They support the drug war. So on and so forth.

I think the biggest single factor in her losing was her deciding to have a private e mail server. I think that if she hadn't done that she'd be President right now. And I think the second biggest factor was resentment within the Democratic Party over the Bernie Sanders being treated unfairly thing. I think all the stuff about the Trump phenomenon is largely overblown. The guy got a lower percentage of the popular vote than Romney did. He didn't get a majority of the vote in Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin. It was much more a matter of people NOT wanting to vote for HIllary than it was wanting to vote for Trump. If the Democrats would've had a candidate who didn't have the e mail server baggage and about 40% of Democrats hadn't been pissed off about the Bernie Sanders thing Trump would've been destroyed.

Plus half the population absolutely despised her. And again with the majority popular vote. Give it up.

The point is that there was no big popular movement for Trump. He was not a strong candidate in 2016. He just happened to be in place when the Democrats had a candidate that ended up with all the baggage Hillary had. And he's not going to be a strong candidate in 2020. It's just a question of what the Democrats can come up with. If they can come up with even a decent candidate he's going to get blown out.

Nope, nope and nope.
This, this, and this.
The majority of Americans are pro legalization of weed. These things might not be worth starting a revolution over but that doesn’t mean they’re supported.

Ended up with all the baggage?
The DNC rigged the primary to get Hillary. The email story was a joke to the entire country.
Everything was pointing to a Hillary landslide.
The nation wide popular vote means absolutely zero in Presidential elections.

Hillary just keeps triggering conks. Pretty soon you're going to find out who is the
real silent majority.
