Two things immediately stick out:
1. Nobody is turning in a full-auto weapon, unless it's already illegal, and then you risk prosecution unless there's true amnesty. A legal (with stamp) full-auto probably starts at $15K in value.
2. Yeah, much money to be made on that hi-cap mag deal. You could pick up cheapo 15 rounders and make 3X your investment.

I was just on a gravel road, that was filled with washboards, and I could feel at least two brain cells rattling around up there.
