Lots of interesting tidbits in this one. It's the congressional district of the Khan of Madiganistan, Mike Madigan (the Speaker of the Illinois House and true ruler of Illinois). It's a mix of mostly White and Hispanic working class voters with strong union ties. The white voters aren't dissimilar to the ones in Wisconsin, Michigan, etc. that helped Trump win the 2016 election. If Newman wins the nomination, a number of them could vote R in the general election.
