Post by 93henfan »

Hey Libs and King Bloomberg,

Don't tread on the US Constitution and American gun owners.

Thanks,
America

Gun laws dont work so Im not gonna follow them.

If the left can pick and choose what laws to follow (Illegal birder crissings) then im not going to follow any gun laws.

Its called balance

While I’m thrilled by this ruling by a single judge, you have to know it’s going to be appealed...

And the Ninth Circuit court is pretty anti-gun...so I’m expecting it wil be overturned on appeal...

But, if you can, read the judge’s ruling...it is pure common sense. :notworthy:

Of course...but it first will go to the 9th Circuit...and I’ll wager that it won’t survive that test since they make up stuff in that court...

SCOUS has shown a reluctance to take 2A cases recently...so if the 9th screws up this ruling and SCOTUS doesn’t accept the appeal...
