The Osteens, known for their optimistic outlook on life, visited "Larry King Live" Tuesday night for a wide-ranging interview that covered President Obama, same-sex marriage, the recent outbreak of mass shootings, the state of religion in America and more.

I thought this might be about Claude "Gomer" Osteen, LHP for the Dodgers and Senators back in the 60s. He had a few good years. These Osteens, OTOH, feh!

I'm pretty sure Joel Osteen is really a clean shaven Ned Flanders.

Against Same-Sex marriage, but impressed with Obama.

It ain't a black and white world TMan - it's unlikely that you will have a POTUS that you agree with 100%.

Seriously...
Comparing Obama to Bush in regards to regular discourse or formal and orderly expression of thought on a subject...
The Republicans are so desperate for Obama to do anything stupid or "unpresidential" it's become a daily FOX News watch...
Where as with Bush the shame and embarrassment inflicted daily on the US psyche was so traumatic and so unending that we've come to expect our leaders to "be idiots" - granted Joe Biden is doing his best...

True!
and Biden is in the running for Quayle's spot as the biggest goof of a VP in 40 or so years.
