Last I checked, you have to have a credit card to sign up for an Uber account, and you have to be an adult to get a credit card. Maybe if mommy had locked her phone, baby girl couldn't have ordered an Uber.

The driver's not the only one who fucked up here.

I bet that girl killed herself because her single mom was a POS parent who was probably out
booty callin while her daughter hit the concrete.

I just hope Uber does not settle and fights this. This is a frivolous lawsuit and should be thrown out.

I like how she says that if the ride didn't happen her daughter would still be here, but that she also had no clue about her suicidal tendencies.

Low expectations of the daughters resolve.

I can just imagine the story. "Yeah, I tried to kill myself, but the Uber guy wouldn't give me a ride, so I stopped trying after that".
