You've just gone full retard haven't you, Reek?

Why don't you enlighten us as to how the Immigration and Naturalization Act and the visa rules it enables has anything to do with the U.S. Constitution, or how an amendment to the same would have anything to do with this?

Can confirm
Want to REALLY be pissed?

Coming to the US with the express intent of having a child is a legitimate use of a B1/B2 tourist visa, which is specifically for tourism, short business trips, and medical care.

All the applicant has to do is overcome Section 214(b) of the INA.

China isn’t the only country with runaway birth tourism to the US.

My question is: how many of these Red Chinese anchor babies will come back to the US to attend our colleges, work in our companies, vote in our elections, steal our intellectual property, and commit espionage? My guess is most of them. “Manchurian candidates” all. :ohno:

Birthright citizenship has never been challenged in court. We are the only country that does this nonsense, glad to see he is taking this on. He has a good chance to win in court.

No, he doesn’t. The 14th Amendment is clear. But since no Consitutional Amendment of any kind is likely to ever happen again, we’re stuck.

There is something to that. But at this moment in history the Bible thumping morons are the bigger threat. They proved that by rallying behind Trump. Trump getting elected is perhaps the most absurd thing that has happened to this country in my lifetime. And responsibility for it rests squarely on the shoulders of White Evangelical Christians who voted for him in a percentage higher than that they ever gave to any other Republican candidate even though he is a complete moral atrocity.

Those people need to be defeated. They need to be demoralized and eliminated as a factor in US politics. At this point in history it is priority 1. People like Franklin Graham, Jerry Falwell Junior, and Robert Jeffress are the enemy and they need to be identified as such.

We can deal with the Social Justice nuts later.

The people who wrote the 14th amendment clearly stated that the intent was not what is being abused, it was for the freed slaves. No, I will not provide a link, find one and learn.

Look, Myron, the text of the 14th Amendment is clear, and it begins with the word “all.” It doesn’t limit the field to former slaves, and it doesn’t even mention slaves. The fact that the 14th Amendment was one of the so-called “Civil War Amendments” doesn’t change that. The 13th abolished slavery, while the 15th confirmed voting rights.

See you in court. :coffee:

Why is ok to use contact of the times when interpreting the 14th but not the 2nd?

As IT says, it's the language that matters.

You never miss an opportunity to miss a point...
Yes indeed both groups are small hence I used the term "fringe"

But lets get to the point that you missed which I tried to spell out

We now live in a society where a few small groups of illogical unreasonable people
control the two major parties through fear of losing 10% of the vote
which would swing the entire election

and both of these insane illogical unreasonable groups LOVE IT
and America as well as the greater good suffers for it

Dude, if you're going to say something like that you need to be prepared to back it up. I don't even disagree with you with respect to what people were thinking when that language was crafted. But if you're going to say that people clearly stated something you need to provide documentation of that. You need to provide a reference showing that they clearly stated it.

He was afraid to go to Vietnam.

And, right now, he's afraid of having the American People understand the truth. The truth is his enemy.
