Skelly is pretty sensitive. If he was more insecure he could cheer for the Bison (Gil and WB being exceptions).

Do I have to put “Trump is full of shit” in my siggy line for you morons?

But but but Trump

Let me explain it once more since we’re apparently in kindergarten

Trump needs the same voters who carried him across the finish line in 2016 (not his base)

The base is going to show up for both the Dem candidate and for Trump - that is a given

Trump needs the swing voters - i.e.: the Rust Belters and the former Obama voters who reliably vote for their economic well being. These are midwestern and Appalachian voters and they don’t fall for gimmicky campaigns. I believe Yang and to a lesser degree Gabbard could carry these voters. The rest of the field cannot.

So stop being triggered every time I talk about the Dem field. I could be a raging cunt leftist and still think they are by and large transparently full of shit

but but but but but Trump. Jesus

Guy points out that the up to now rock solid evangelical base of Trump's has a couple of fissures developing and you go off on some tangent about Jews and get all uppity about it. Did that smart girl at work take you to school again and you have to go talk down to somebody else to make you feel better about yourself? Is that the source of your hate?

It’s easier than defending Russian collusion conspiracy theories for better than 2 years, that’s for sure.

I use simple common sense to point to why Trump is currently heading for reelection and somehow heads start popping off

That’s a big common nerve I’ve struck apparently

88,

Thank you, I am happy to be lumped in with the illustrious company that is Gil. :thumb:

While I may not think the Bison are the greatest thing since sliced bread (I actually think they are the greatest thing since beer was invented but that is a different point), I just don't feel the need to be preachy about it. Like Thomas Jefferson said "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and the Bison are God's gift to humanity." If people can't accept Mr. Jefferson's words, no amount of preaching from me is going to get them to see the light.

They do that and they’re stupider than the Dems.

The water doesn’t need to be muddied any further at this point. They could damage Biden but they’d further erode the “solemnity” of the process. Let impeachment run on the House’s articles as they stand.

I have complete confidence in Mr. Wray, and I know that the F.B.I. is not a broken institution. It is a professional agency worthy of respect and support. The derision and aspersions are dangerous and unwarranted.

I’m profoundly disappointed in another longtime, respected friend, Rudy Giuliani, who had spent his life defending our people from those who would do us harm. His activities of late concerning Ukraine have, at a minimum, failed the smell test of propriety. I hope he, like all of us, will redirect to our North Star, the rule of law, something so precious it is greater than any man or administration.

This difficult moment demands the restoration of the proper place of the Department of Justice and the F.B.I. as bulwarks of law and order in America. This is not about politics. This is about the rule of law. Republicans and Democrats alike should defend it above all else.

In my nearly 96 years, I have seen our country rise above extraordinary challenges — the Great Depression, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, segregation, assassinations, the resignation of a president and 9/11, to name just a few.

I continue to believe in and pray for the ability of all Americans to overcome our differences and pursue the common good. Order protects liberty, and liberty protects order.
