Thoughts?
Typical formula: Cheney concocts a bullshit story bout Iran being behind the pirates. Dubya kneejerk-bombs Iran followed by a ground invasion and our military gets their asses kicked by yet another third-world muslim nation?

Concurrent with this, the Department of Homeland Security will unvail the National Pirate Threat Level. Also, anyone who owns a parrot will be put on a "no sail" list.

Why the bad rap? I think we need more pirates!
You may be interested to know that global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters are a direct effect of the shrinking numbers of Pirates since the 1800s. For your interest, I have included a graph of the approximate number of pirates versus the average global temperature over the last 200 years. As you can see, there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between pirates and global temperature.
