A Bernie win with Republicans keeping the senate or....
A Trump win but Dems pick up both houses?

The latter, and it’s not close. If the Donks take both houses, Trump would allow most of their big-guvmint program to go through to keep his personal ratings up. He has zero core political values. If Bernie wins under your scenario, the Republicans could keep his wild-ass plans in check.

This. Plus the Dems would do nothing but investigate, investigate, investigate. The it would be the shitshow we've had the last year on steroids.

Worst case Bernie and Dem Congress. Next worse any Dem Pres and Dem Congress followed by Trump and Dem Congress.
Notice the common denominator here?
What Virginia is going thru now with the clown show in Richmond would pale in comparison.

If Republicans would just embrace the future by not going after minorities (basically anyone that isn't white, straight, Christian) and would start embracing the preservation of the environment.....clean energy, air & water.......they would start seeing 60....70....80% of this country voting for them.

So you're asking which would be worse, a Bernie POTUS with the power to get none of his plans done, or a Pence POTUS for three years after they remove Trump.

That's an excellent question. I guess at that point, you have a Lame Duck Pence instead of a Lame Duck Trump. And I'd rather have a Lame Duck Pence than Trump.

Trump is hilariously insane and mostly pathological
but Pence is a true believer...
be careful what you wish for

A lame-duck Pence would be hardly the sort - he gets to run again, and now he could do so with the intrinsic power of an incumbent President.

I'll take Trump. Pence scares me. He's like Reverend Kane in Poltergeist II ...

Doesn't that depend on when Trump was removed? He can only serve for 10 total years.

Well, I'm pretty certain it would take a minimum of two years. This one took three and they started talking about it BEFORE he was even elected.

This. The donks have given in to the far left/Marxists, and anyone expecting some kind of "normalcy" from their governance is an idiot.
As opposed to the Conks given in to the far right/Fascists? Because that is who is in charge in DC now, an authoritarian fascist unchecked by a spineless Senate.
Re-election of Trump will spell the end of the United States. Won't happen in the next four years, but in my lifetime, the US will not be a democracy if it exists at all.

Classic response from one suffering from TDS with no understanding of facts or truth only political doctrine spouting off MSN, CNN, MLM distortions.
