There is some truth to the criticsm - a couple of the founders of BLM are marxists, Bernie Sanders is a socialist who has expressed admiration for the USSR, etc. Why does Bernie get a pass when Trump gets roasted for sympathizing with dictators? Why is it ok to call Trump and Republicans Nazis but you can't call liberals pursuing socialist ideologies Marxists?

BLM doesn’t just have a couple of Marxist founders. BLM is a full-on Marxist organization. Have you read their list of official demands?

BTW I’m loving some of the vids coming out of BLM protesters haranguing restaurant patrons who refuse to put their fists in the air. If people don’t see these things for what they are - struggle sessions - then they have their heads in the sand.

Then in other threads (like above) you say Bernie Sanders is a socialist. Can you tell me what policies Bernie advocates for that meets the definition of socialism you usually use? Or explain your inconsistency?

While Bernie's policy agenda is more about social programs, he calls himself a socialist, he has visited the USSR and expressed admiration for it, his comrades (the Squad, etc.) are extremely critical of capitalism, he and they tacitly support (silence is violence) regimies like Maduro's, etc. I believe that the social welfare programs he advocates for are a step in the direction toward his goal of socialism and that belief is supported by Bernie's own words and the words and actions of his comrades.

Socialism requires authoritarianism and totalitarianism. These are the foundations of Naziism and Communism and every other statist system.
