I hate to admit I'm watching it but so far I think they are doing a good job with respect to what they need to do. It's a pretty slick production. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to what the Republicans do. The Republicans do have the advantage of having the Democrats go first.

I watched PBS and watched their coverage for about 30 minutes. Certainly going to watch PBS going forward in the election, far, far less hysterical than the CNN/ABC/FOX crowd (might watch BBC as well, just for the accents). Pretty boring affair, as most conventions have become even before the pandemic. This format certainly doesn't enliven things any better. I think I'll just tune in for Biden whenever he talks and that's about it. And that'll be more than I watch the GOP one. Not worth wasting my time on these charades.
