The part you highlighted doesn't concern me. What concerns me is two things in Biden's statement:

1. Right off the bat, he makes it racial: "once again a black man...". That is so telling. White men are shot by police all the time and it never makes news. Heck, sometimes white five year olds are executed by black men in their front yard and it's barely talked about by the liberal MSM.

2. Then Biden gives the cliche, "justice must be served" which is, once again, implied guilt.

Shame on Biden, or whichever handler wrote that for his feeble dementia-afflicted brain.

But it is exactly these kinds of people who contribute to that - that people like Reek continue to minimize and dismiss

Think about it - one of the grossest criminal abuses of power imaginable is a law enforcement official who lies on an affidavit in order to secure official sanction to violate a private citizen’s civil rights.

And it is precisely midlevel clerks like this that enable the worst abuses of any government - and I’ll do something I seldom do and invoke the Nazis here - it was exactly these kinds of bureaucratically obscure, corrupt officials have made the wheels turn for every corrupt regime that has ever existed

At a peaceful gathering, that included barbecue for anyone at Civic Center Park Wednesday night, Porche Bennett, 31, a Kenosha native and local business owner, honored the memory of two Kenosha-area men who were shot and killed Tuesday.

The men were allegedly shot and killed by a 17-year-old Antioch boy who came armed to the city amid the organized protests and later rioting that has broken out since Sunday night after the Kenosha Police officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake. While Kenosha police did not name the boy, he was identified as Kyle Rittenhouse by Antioch authorities. A third man who was shot suffered non-life threatening injuries.
