We are in season 4 of Game of Thrones, so I better get my last word in on the subject. I've got quite a few people that want to shut me down with this. What a lot of people are saying about African Americans doesn't match my experience working and living with African American's. I'm just standing up for what I know as fact, versus all this political BS buzzing around our lives. I don't know everything like 89hen does, but a wise man, not 89hen, once told me if I'm getting kicked in the ass, I'm moving forward, if people are throwing dirt in my face I'm gaining ground. I've gained much knowledge in recent days, of which posters I can trust on this site, and who the sly one's are. With that said, you all know my thoughts, so I'll end it here.
Season 4, episode 8 was the best GOT episode in my opinion. I won't say anymore.
Should be watching it this week then, just started season 4.
I"m not sure was 89 was trying to prove, but there are bad cops, and even though you say you don't believe it, there are a lot of good cops out there. A lot of people have been posting that blacks are bad, 89 showed that whites can be bad too, same with other groups of people.

Not quite. There is no doubt blacks face tougher scrutiny from police. What I was showing is that criminals + police = many bad situations regardless of race. Folks like to ignore the numbers and pretend it's only happening to one group of people.
For what was he pulled over the dozen times? Speeding? Texting? Littering?

Which goes to show you how dumb the Execs at A&E are. They had the #1 rated show on cable TV (by far). Not only did they cancel Live PD, they cancelled Live PD Wanted, and Live PD Cam. They even pulled all the re runs. So they had to replace tens of hours per week with mostly reruns from other shows that no one watches. By July had lost 49% of their viewers, and have lost a shitton of $$..

The only way I see that white supremists are a creditable threat are if if rioters and looters are allowed to continue and extreme government crackdowns on law abiding citizens begin.

I think that, by any reasonable interpretation, such reports suggest that Blacks are disproportionately involved i violent crime. I say that because of the percentages on perceived race of offender. That sort of thing has nothing to do with police behavior.

Actress Lori Loughlin who was involved in that academic cheating scandal gets to choose what prison she will serve her time in for her crime.

Battle of the Bastards is my favorite, which is Season 6. Season 6 is also where the entire show starts to go off the rails. Don't get me started on the final season...so much bullshit. So much illogical choices.
If you're still in S6, prepare to be disappointed. Post in the GoT thread when you're done.
