Exactly! He was just saying to me last night “Listen Jack, these Corn Pop’s in Georgia are threatening MLB with anti-trust action over their freedom to do what’s best for their PR...Jack.”

All Star game moved to Denver, a state with voter ID laws. Can't wait to hear the spin for this one.

That has to be fake news. No way was Joe Biden awake last night, his bedtime is closer to 7PM these days.

The 2020 Georgia election went fine. There were no significant fraud problems. There were no significant irregularity problems. This is a solution to something that is not a problem. It's happening because the national election results weren't what the Republicans wanted them to be. So they are trying to repress voting among constituencies that do not favor them to make it less likely that such will happen again. It's obvious.

Saw this irony too..Baldy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 05, 2021 7:44 pm MLB just announced that the All-Star game has been moved to Denver.
A recap...Rob Manfred moved the All-Star game from a majority black city to a majority white city in a state that has more restrictive voting laws than Georgia.
Chances are that if Manfred isn't already, he will be in the great state of Georgia this very week enjoying the privileges that come with being a member of the extremely white and very conservative Augusta National Golf Club.
The optics of this fiasco are utterly amazing.
..and other irony, this move (one Biden* has been pushing for too) takes $100M potential economic impact away from a blue county that helped donks win the Senate.

Trump - Boycott Coke
Also Trump - move the coke behind the phone for this picture.
Also - for a guy that riled against the WSJ, why is he reading it?! It must be a prop.
Love the challenge coins, though. My collection is about half that.

I've only received one. Very cool **** was volunteering at a homeless food center and at the end of our shift he coined the other volunteers. I think I was the only one who knew who he was and what was going on thanks to my brothers. Everyone else stared at their hand with a puzzled look. I stared him in the eyes, thanked him and put my hand in my pocket without looking down. Did I do it correctly military guys?

I didn't know there was etiquette upon receiving. Every time I ever got one, or exchanged one, people were looking.89Hen wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 11:43 amI've only received one. I'd never had one, so I couldn't exchange... your average citizen doesn't have one to give.Ibanez wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 12:22 pmI didn't know there was etiquette upon receiving. Every time I ever got one, or exchanged one, people were looking.89Hen wrote: ↑Wed Apr 07, 2021 11:43 am

You can spin like a neutron star but you can't change the fact that all these new proposals are not being made in response to voter fraud, they're being made in response to voter turnout.Baldy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 05, 2021 11:30 amNo surprise here, but you're wrong.
However, I wouldn't expect you to know about this anyway. This was in the works long before the 2020 election. Here is why the voting law changed, and why Raffensperger got "demoted": https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q ... yV-pDfsghW
Georgia didn't require voter ID for absentee ballots because they used a signature match verification system. The Donks and Stacey Abrams sued Raffensperger and the SoS because of it, so instead of going through the expensive legal process, Raffy and Co. decided to settle the suit. Signature match verification went away and boom...the Donks win 2020. It's only a coincidence I'm sure.
