For all the complaining that cops get treated unfairly, there are too many of these examples where cops not only cross a line, but practically jump over a line. These guys should get serious jail time - regardless of what the victim did up to that point, once they got control of him they basically beat him to death. This is what they have murder charges for.

Is this a "Here We Go Again ..." because it's another instance of police killing a black man or because protests and riots were expected?
