Way overdue, but its too bad Paterson is doing it for his own personal poltical gain rather than for the meaning behind it.
We'll see if it gets through the legislature.

Somebody once told me:
Doing the right thing - even for the wrong reasons - is still better than doing the wrong thing for any reason...
