This poll question is hysterical even though it lacks the usual pee in the butt option.

I voted for Whoopi. Checks the female, African American and Jewish boxes and gives Biden more options if Breyer retires.

Just when the African American community thinks they will get their first woman Justice, Hillary will step in with her hot sauce and snatch it away.

Leondra Kruger sounds like she came from pre-Mandela South Africa.

Michelle Childs is getting some love - she's got the backing of Lady G. Her and Jackson would be easy wins for Biden.

Did Biden make a deal with Clyburn back in 2020 to pick Childs?

Because she's been for all intents and purposes endorsed by Graham?

Nah Graham always supports qualified nominees, right or left
He knows Biden is going to get a nominee through, and Childs is well known in SC. Tim Scott is also a yes on her

Yup - and Childs can be an "easy" nomination to backfill Jackson if that's who Biden ultimately and likely will choose. I'm sure that trade is being discussed.

Still fighting the last war, eh, Klam? You remind me of those Japanese bitter-end troops who dug in and hid in jungle redoubts for 50 years. That meme is so 2010.

And you’re still upset I was right. You remind me of those bitter German veterans, drinking their sorrows away in the back of beer halls trying to process their faded glory against what they’d done.

And your response isn’t even creative. Just a reflexive PeeWee Herman riposte with an emoji for moral support. Stick to what you know best, like water rights and managing golf courses.

Satire is intended to not be creative you twat. At least it was better than your stolen bit from an episode of Gilligans island.
(Hint: the kiss wink …also satire)

And when you recognize that organizations are legal persons with free speech and other legal rights, I’ll go easier on you.

Kalm's all caught up in the use of person. An entity such as a corporation being considered a legal person with rights is too nuanced for him.

Don’t blame me. Blame the clerk in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific, or the framers. Or the importance of words.

Like many topics, if you drill it down, it’s so not a matter of right versus left. But hey…you do you.
