I don’t care if they are poor. If they wanted to come to the US, they should have come legally. There are roughly 7.8 billion people in this world not US citizens. Several billion, maybe a majority are considered poor, and I don’t believe we are obligated to help them, wherever they are located throughout the world. Just like feeding stray animals, you do that and more and more keeping coming, and keep coming, and keep coming, and keep coming. Stop giving them shit, and maybe they’ll stop coming. We shouldn’t be the world’s policeman, or the world’s food bank, or the world’s homeless shelter, or the world’s welfare state.

So the answer is Paxton’s words are not compatible with Christianity. Unless it comes to a woman’s body.
