I think the debatable point is what constitutes a "risk to the pregnant patient's life or health". That phrase is rather open ended and could mean really anything, physical or mental, that could impact a woman's health.
….and what constitutes “fetal viability”….
At least that has a little more definition to it - most consider around 20 weeks or so to be the point. If we just say "risk to the health" of a mother, technically anything could serve as justification - back pain, headaches, fatigue, etc, could be considered risks to the health. But that's what happens when you rush a bill through - the language gets sloppy.

So you're saying "thank-you, for profit insurance". I love when capitalism works.

Idiot protestor claims that Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett doesn't know anything about pregnancy...simply because she's adopted two children. Um...Barrett has five NATURAL children. She knows something about pregnancy.

When reminded of that, the protestor's only response was "Not everyone wants five kids," either unaware or uncaring of the contradiction with her earlier statement.

Idiot....

Capitalism working would be the insurance company denying your claim after the socialist FD put out the fire at your house. :coffee:

Lol. “Watch money swallow politics”, and yet you and your ilk are now championing for a complete state of nanny dependency to those same politicians, while swallowing whole everything put out by MSM….the “anti-establishment” folks became the establishment, and can’t see the irony.

What irony? Liberals like Houndy and I and all of the progressive left can’t stand money in politics, consolidation of power, and monopolistic capitalism. YOUR economics on the other hand (shared by the establishment and administrations both Republican and Democratic) has dominated the last 40 years right through the Biden administration. And here we are.

Congrats! :thumb:

And yet you bow to their every demand and champion and cheer the proletariat’s dependency on them for survival.

And we’re not here because of my economics. We’re here because of a government-produced fake pandemic that consolidated MORE power into the hands of your beloved politicians.

Now you care about protestors breaking the law...? :suspicious:
The 1/6 protestors that tresspassed were charged enmasse . The fact that these aren’t shows the DOJ is just another corrupt 3 letter agency...
How do you reconcile the corrupt DOJ not going after and charging BLM/Antifa punks during Trump's Administration?

If exceptions are allowed for rape, who verify’s that? A woman comes in for an abortion, claiming she was raped. How is the abortion clinic suppose to verify? What if its a he said/she said, no visible physical trauma?
