Hevesi was the most corrupt politician in recent memory. He shielded his own personal liability with a bunch of schmucks willing to take the fall.
Cuomo has single handedly torn the Hevesi-Comptroller's office apart and I expect he'll eventually get someone to flip on Hevesi for more than the BS petty-larcenty he pled to in 2006.
